In 1995 Mr. Ausburn Co-Founded and formed Ausburn Advisors to offer commercial mortgage banking and real estate capital advisory services on a national basis. The goal was to become an advocate for his clients and to help them navigate the difficult economic conditions facing the banking industry and to assist them by providing access to commercial real estate funds despite the uncertainty of the capital markets. The company was founded on the belief that most small to medium sized property and business owners lacked the expertise and sources to obtain the best financing options in the $1,500,000 to $25,000,000 range. While large real estate companies often have in-house finance professionals, most small to medium sized borrowers do not have the same access to professional advice and sources of funds. Mr. Ausburn focuses on providing those services to this segment of the market.

The company is a commercial mortgage banker and is currently engaged as a correspondent with many leading national real estate lenders, including national, regional, and local community banks, life insurance companies, finance companies, Wall Street investment banks, conduit lenders, Agency lenders, hedge funds, and private lenders. Co-Founder Ausburn Advisors. A seasoned mortgage professional with more than 35 years of industry experience. E.L. is part of the advisory team, he reviews initial loan submissions, provides input on loan placement.

E.L. began his mortgage career over three decades ago as co-owner of The Fairfax Group based in Los Angeles, CA. where his focus; strategic alliances and business growth programs, with a focus on business development diversity. His leadership abilities and consistent performance propelled him to initiate opening offices in multiple markets across the country. The peak of his management role was managing a team of 55 employees CM Chartermark Financial a First Bank Mortgage Company in Houston, TX.

Following his tenure at Chartermark gravitated to the Title & Escrow Industry, after winning a double cancer battle. He's currently President of Open Title Texas, LLC Houston Division

Today, E.L.'s brings his deep experience, operational discipline, and productiondriven advice to Ausburn Advisors in a external consultant capacity.

Brandon Davis:

Mortgage/Business Finance professional with over 35 years' experience in the Mortgage Banking/Finance industry with outstanding success as a top producing sales executive, and senior level manager. Brandon brings his highly developed talents in operations and sales management, new business development negotiations, and customer service. As a proven leader and hands-on team builder with solid management, operational and communication skills.

Jeremy Harris:

As the Sales Director with emphasis on commercial real estate sale and a consistent top producer in the company, Jeremy has the experience and know the intricacies and ins and outs of Ausburn Advisors' underwriting guidelines to help get deals across the finish line. Jeremy prides himself on honesty and responsiveness as his belief system is steeped in these 2 most important aspects of a successful lender/broker relationship. I embrace and support Ausburn's mission to enable brokers to service the unique needs of self-employed real estate investors and small business owners who are often tough to qualify.
